CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) – Two people are in the hospital following an accident on Route 391 northbound in Chicopee Thursday evening.
According to state police, the crash involved a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe, driven by a 24-year-old man from Springfield. Accompanying him in the vehicle was a 21-year-old male passenger from West Springfield.
Both individuals received medical attention for their injuries at a nearby hospital. However, the extent of their injuries is currently unknown.
State Police have indicated that criminal charges will be pressed in connection with the incident. However, the exact charges to be filed have not been revealed at this time.
